Each one of us dreams of living his best life and being happy, confident and full of love and power but in order for that to happen we need to explore our inner beings because if your inner world is blurry don't expect much from your outer world.
Here are 5 steps to follow so you can develop yourself and reach your highest potential:
1- Observe your behavior/way of thinking
being an observer of how you feel and think is the key to gaining self awareness which leads to a clearer vision of who you are and what you want .
2- Face your doubts and fears
your doubts and fears would keep weighting you down if you don't decide to face and challenge yourself and start asking yourself : why ? . why do i have certain fears and when was the first time you had them . this would make you focus on them and gradually going into feared situations until you feel less anxious . in the end your brain becomes accustomed to it .
3- Spend time alone
the more you spend time alone the more you get to know yourself better; who are you ? who do you aspire to be ? what activities do you prefer to do...etc. this will allow you recognize the person that you are and gives you time to focus on your own interests and needs without feeling the need to explain yourself and being judged for who you are .
4- Accept yourself and be honest about who you truly are
learn to stop fooling yourself with stuff you know ain't true and start opening up about how you truly feel and think. begin to acknowledge the good and bad in you or in your life, this will create an independent version of yourself because people's opinions and judments about you becomes less important .also being honest with yourself gives you more clarity about different aspects in your life which eventually helps you organize your priorities and have a clear vision of your true identity .
5- Protect your peace
by prioritizing your physical and mental health in which you cut off toxic ties with anything from the outside world and start setting clear and healthy boundaries that works for your best interest . getting rid of unhealthy attachements and replacing it with healthy beneficial ones is also a way of protecting your peace .
