Everyone wishes to live a happy fulfilling life when he wakes up every morning feeling grateful for every single moment in his life,unfortunately, not everyone can have it,only the minority who are truly willing to put on the work and commit to their goals will eventually celebrate their success.

Here are tips to help improve the quality of your life and live the life you dream of:

1- Control only what's within your reach

focus on controlling the controllable in your life and set your mind free from the responsability of being obliged to take action in situations you have no control over, this powerful act will lessen the pressure on you when facing a problem,thus a healthier reactions to life problems.

2-Be present

allow your body,mind and soul to simply exist in the present moment without being connected/attached emotionally or mentally to the past or future.being present means harnessing all your senses and your mind's capabilities towards just being ,and focusing on your "now" everyday.also the more you focus on your present moment the more you make the best out of it,

3-Act more;think less

"just go for it", if you deep down know that a certain thing or action is what you really want right now,and you're sure that no real harm can be caused,don't waste time over analysing every aspect of it,because our minds are built in a way that when we overquestion things ,it will less likely to let us  take action afterwards.

4-It's okay to fail

"success is not about the destination,but it's about the process",you should go through life knowing well that failure and mistakes are not a prove of your weakness,but it's only something you need to learn from in order to stand up again,something which will make you stronger.you only actually fail when you choose to stay down.thus,you can choose to either doubt yourself because of a mistake,or grow from that mistake.after all,your perspective about failure determines your path.


5-Focus on you

what you focus on expands and grows,focusing on yourself starts by acknowledging the fact that you are the center of your interest no one else,then you'll begin to eliminate any outside distractions that might affect your focus. focusing on yourself revolves around self-care practices,following your passions,working on improving yourself,commiting to your plans and doing your best to keep you happy.


6-Be open to all opportunities/possibilities

this means allowing yourself to be receptive to new ideas,perspectives and experiences.not necessarily the ones that match your interests and personality but especially the ones which are completely different from you.because the more you explore new unfamiliar doors ,the more you get to know yourself better and grow as a person.


7-Let go of people's expectations of you

you have to deeply believe that no one knows you,the way you know yourself.you are the only person who've been there for you,who've seen the real you,the worst and best version of you.you need to remember that people's perspectives of you are only a perspective not the truth.because in reality people's judgments are a mirror that reflect their own issues and insecurities.so simply you need to just live by your own expectations .


8-Speak up

always speak up your mind clearly as it is,and express your feelings even when you don't understand them,because words have a magical way in providing you with clarity and comprehension.speaking up your truth will open so many doors for you next to helping you find similar minds ,and release the pressure of hiding how you trully feel and think,which might lead to identity disorder.
